This is a hand machined set of begleri made from 3/4" titanium with a titanium spike. The cord is held in place inside the spike with stainless set screws. The spike is held in the main bead with a small o-ring, friction and takes a little push from the bottom to get it out to adjust the cord length. 

The current cord length is 6" between the beads.
