This is a hand machined brass mallet. The mallet head is 2" in diameter x 2.5" long and machined from a solid brass bar. The handle is made from 1" diameter canvas micarta. The head is held in place by a 3/8" stainless bolt that passes thru the head and handle threading into the brass butt. The mallet is 11" in length, the total length is 11 1/8" . 

This mallet weighs 3 lbs 3 oz.
