Proofing hammer socket designs.
Machined a big slot for handles in this small 1.5" diameter piece of Ti. Prof of concept....next proof will be mounting a handle.

Worked up some solid brass non spinning worry coins.

I ordered some Rob Thomas Stainless Damascus this morning.
Micarta Ring
This is my first micarta ring. Chances are there will be more. It's got a thick body allowing the dome shape shows off the fabric grain really well. the ring looks a lot like wood grain.
First and possibly only all titanium Wallet Chain with an Anso Carabiner
Finally finished lengthening this one for the customer. The chain is made from 50/50 punched and butted 14 gauge titanium. The chain is removable from the carabiner with a four part assembly held in place with a small stainless machine screw.

Now that I have a milling machine it's time to start making hammers again. I mainly make these out of titanium. At some point I'll make a couple out of steel that can be hardened. Here's some pics of the most recent ones.

Received my order of 1" zirconium rod stock. Time to make some new tops!
