This is a hand machined spinning top. Alas, as with all things hand made there are mistakes that are made during production. Too much hammer, not enough; things of that nature. 

This top has a flutter right from the start. Its not bad, but the top isn't perfect, hence the discounted price. 

The tip has a 1/16" ceramic bearing.
