This is a hand machined waffle embosser. The head has been machined out of a solid 2" diameter piece of 6AL4V titanium. The handle is made from a 1" diameter piece of canvas micarta. The pommel has been machined from a 1.25" diameter piece of titanium. The components are held together with a 3/8" diameter stainless steel bolt. 

This embosser is 11 3/4" long. I will be installed a lanyard hole thru the pommel tomorrow morning.
