This is a hand machined brass mallet. The mallet head is 2" in diameter x 2" long and machined from a solid brass bar. The handle is made from 1" diameter canvas micarta. The head is held in place by a 3/8" stainless bolt that passes thru the head and handle threading into the brass butt. The mallet is 9 1/8" in length. 

This mallet weighs 2 lbs 8 oz.
