These are hand machined titanium spools. Each one is 1" in diameter and can accommodate 1" wide tape. I have pre-wound them with 1" wide Gorilla Tape, they hold about 3 feet of tape. The center is made up of a titanium post that allows the spool to spin freely when attached to a key chain or whatever else is used.
