This is a hand machined and assembled worry coin. The outer ring is made from 1.5” diameter grade 5 titanium, the next layer is 1” diameter Zirc, with the core made up of superconductor. The whole piece has been given a heat patina and the superconductor has been relieved to highlight the copper and niobium. This coin is a challenge to take good images of as well.
